Get low is a period drama about an old hermit Felix Bush, played by Robert Duvall. The film is loosely based on a true story that happened in Roane County, Tennessee, in 1938. Duvall’s character, Felix Bush, was based on a real person named Felix Bushaloo “Uncle Bush” Breazeale.
One day the eccentric old hermit meanders into town and enters the local funeral parlor owned by Frank Quinn, played by Bill Murray. The funeral parlor is in financial trouble so Frank goes along with the plan.
During the course of planning the funeral secrets are revealed about Felix and he forced to face up to his painful past, and perhaps the reason for his living funeral.
